Cynthia has spent years teaching classes and giving seminars/training on a full range of labor, employment, ethics/compliance and litigation matters, including teaching law school trial practice.

As an adjunct to her conflict resolution, fact-finding and neutral litigation evaluation practice, Cynthia provides customized classes to employers and individual employees. Typically Cynthia works closely with in-house counsel, compliance and/or human resource professionals to deliver customized courses on topics such as 1) investigation basics and advanced techniques for internal investigators; 2) conflict resolution/mediation; 2) harassment prevention; and 3) corporate code of conduct compliance.

Cynthia also provides customized one-on-one or small group education/coaching as part of a remedial or development program for employees or leadership. And, in some cases, Cynthia co-teaches with in-house instructors or other outside educators.
